Okay. So. I don't know how much of this will be interesting for you guys, so I'm mostly writing this for me to remember.

Friday: This was definitely the best day of work, ever. We met at 8 in the morning to a rather busy day, but since it was the summer party, we didn't have a normal day. After lunch almost everyone walked together to Nyhavn, without knowing what it was we were going to experience, but when they said we were going to Middelgrunden (a remaning, constructed island from the 1864-war against the British, but mainly used in the WWII) we quickly guessed that we were going there to play Prisoners at the Fort. We were divided into groups of eight, my group included a senior lawyer, two younger lawyers and some secretaries. Because I was the smallest I had to do most of the challenges, including being liftet up by two lawyers to get a box in the other side of a tall wall, and I also solved the T puzzle . Veeey weird! Because I helped out so much I quickly became some sort of mascot and the "hate object" by the other teams. We didn't win, but we sooo deserved to!

We went back to the office to change into our party clothes and then went to Post og Telemuseet's restaurant, which had a 180 degree view of Copenhagen (it can be seen here, just click on "Café Hovedtelegrafen - Udsigt" to the right). Luckily Mia, Marie and myself were seated next to each other, but also two of the "freshest" of the younger lawyers, so we had a really good time. The dinner was wonderful and so was the wine. We all had a lot to drink, including two glasses of wine, a glass of beer and many many drinks...!! The three of us just walked around, goofing off, taking pictures of the others and dancing to the crappy 70's music the crappy DJ played. At about 2 am I decided to go home, because I had to get up early the next morning. The two others stayed an hour longer.

Saturday: I met up with [livejournal.com profile] vampirespider at 9:30 at Valby station to take the bus to [livejournal.com profile] lattara's birthday. The first hour or so went great and we talked and had fun on the bus. But then the hangover hit me. I suddenly found out I had had a bit too many drinks the night before, so the naussea kinda ruled me the next 45 mins. That is, until I ate half a bag of Piratos (you should know these, [livejournal.com profile] erjika *cough*) After that I felt fine! We arrived at Sofie's place a few hours after the rest of the guests, but we still had some of the delicious food that they had eaten. Sofie's family and friends are just so fantastically sweet and nice, so, yeah. We watched some of her friends play poker, which made me want a set of chips for myself. I think my sister would possibly want them as well. We just has a blast celebrating her birthday in her garden, but after some hours I was just too tired, so unfortunately I had to go home.

All in all a veeery great weekend!
