Nov. 24th, 2004 11:43 pmWhat a weird weird day!
I was at work, folding folders (that sounds so odd), when suddenly I hear "Concerning Hobbits" playing. I go out to my cell phone and it's a job recruting company calling, because I sent them an application for a job back in August. A woman called me and said that a different company was looking for a helping hand (full time, of course) to start next week and was I interested in a job interview tomorrow. So now I have an interview!! It's more or less what I do now, it's just a lot more people. It's 7:30-15:30, which means I'd have to get up at 6:30. But I can live with that for 15.000 kr a month! And they have a dress code (black dress pants and white shirts), but that's perfectly alright with me!
So, yay!
On my way home I went to my grandmom's, where I had tea and cake and a really nice chat with her. I love her so much. She's the nicest and coolest person I know. We have the same view on politics (she's been a communist for more or less the last 50 years), she is so clever and keeps teaching me so many new things, she always tells stories about her weird friends and her weird experienses. I just love her a lot. I want to be like her when I get old *hugs her*
Anyway, this wasn't what I wanted to talk about. When I got home from my grandmom, my sister had invited some friends over for a bit of "Aladdin"; friends that included
vampirespider. So of course we have to sit and talk about all sorts of things during the movie, most of which is inside jokes. I really think my sister thinks we're crazy as hell sometimes. After Aladdin, we ate. My sister left with the rest of her friends (to some concert-thingie) and Chris and I stayed and watched TV. Which of course consisted of watching CSI. And more inside jokes. Gil/Nick. Very nice night, I must say!
Chris, we need to plan for Sunday!
Now I just need to cross my fingers for tomorrow!
