OH MY GOD!!!

FC Copenhagen just kicked Ajax's butt in a 2-0 victory, which means that their 2-1 victory in Copenhagen means SHIT! HA! We're going to the Champions League!!!!!! That's the first time in 8 years a Danish team is in CL! (and last time it was Brøndby...*shakes fist at fuckers*)

But YAY!!!! *loves team*
shubassdk: (Jon Dahl *swoon*)
Uhm... Hiya! Long time, no see. Well, I haven't really had anything to update with, so you guys haven't missed a thing.

I'm working a lot these days. I'm trying to get as much money as I can before I move, so I won't be in need of any kind (which I won't, anyways, because I have a "Child's savings" of 38.000 kr ;)). But it's still very very boring and I might even start looking for something new, because I'm so bored.

Adrian and I had our 6 months anniversary, which was spent having dinner at a nice little café in Strædet and afterwards stand-up with Rune Klan, Brian Mørk, an Australian and a cute little guy, who was the host. A very very nice night :)

My cousin came from Brazil and dropped off half of our ordered underwear. I love it!! Fortunately, we got our leopard underwear in this batch *cuddles it*. It really looks like Dolce & Gabbana! I also got my pink, royal blue and turtle-underwear (yes, <lj user="truntles", I have turtle underwear ;)). School starts on Monday and I am *very* much looking forward to it. On Friday we have the first Friday Bar of the year, where we'll meet the new first year-students. Among them are Astrid, who I was in pre-school with for 9 years, and (of course) Mads, who also started studying Geography last year and who was my first really real crush in the crazy crazy batch of men I went through last fall (some of you might remember him). Jesper told me today that some people had seen him in the halls today, when the firstlings started. This will be VERY insteresting! Went to parties at Egmont on Friday and Saturday last weekend. Friday was fun, as it was the first party with my friends for at leat 3 or 4 months. But Saturday was even better. It's the kind of party I've dreamed of for those 3 or 4 months. We had SO MUCH FUN! Alchohol was drunk (which meant that I became just that), dancing was done, four guys tried very very hard to pick me up (they were very cute *sighs*. I miss that part), I became friends with some of the people from Kristine's kitchen (it's a "hall of residence", as my dictionary informs me) and I ended up dancing the chicken dance to Bamse & Kylling at 6 in the morning and passing out in Kristine's bed, only to wake up at 2 pm with a craving for french fries. Ah, happiness. Now I'm watching Ajax - FC Copenhagen, which we'll definitely win (we're behind 0-2 from previous matches :P). I'm always an optimist ;)
shubassdk: (Default)
A minute ago I was really happy. It dawned on me that I would be in Brazil when the World Cup final would be played (which will hopefully include Brazil), but then I started checking dates, which I really shouldn't have done, because I found out that I'm leaving Denmark on July 9th in the morning, which means I will be on a bloody airplane when the final is being played. Woo-fucking-hoo! The *only place in the world* not likely to show the match.

*cries*

In other news, Block 4 has started and I have classes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. But I will have to write two major assignments, so it won't just be a walk in the park.
shubassdk: (Woot! (geography))
Just did a skip=280. Sorry if I've missed something, but, yeah. Many many pages!

Came home from London on Sunday night with a 'flu. We had a wonderful wonderful trip, anyways. We walked all over the city, went to Starbucks too many times (as if there's such a thing :P), shopped 'til our (mine) wallets screamed, went to very interesting museums, danced/jumped in bars (much fun!), was hit on by a lot of drunk Austrians, tried to follow Very Interesting Football Matches (ie. me) and other fun stuff like that :) All in all 5 very nice days.

Adrian picked me up in the airport and only just left me today, so we've almost spent 72 hours together and they have all been very very wonderful :) He is so sweet! He's been taking care of me and has kept asking me if there was anything he could do for me. Every time I've coughed he's held me a bit tighter. He brought me chocolate from Belgium and they are YUMMY! What's even better? He brought my family chocolate, too. So sweet! *dies*

Didn't go to the first lectures yesterday because I was sick, but did go today. As it turns out we only have classes on Tuesday and Wednesday and our curriculum ~400 pages o.O But it's not all fun and games. We have to write two larger assignments in our spare time, so I guess we have our work cut out for us.

Talked to the guy in charge today and I can go on the field trip next year instead (for those of you who don't know: I was royaly screwed over by Former Friend, Laura, which meant that I would have to chose between going on a Grography trip this summer og going to Brazil for a month). This will mean I won't get my ECTS-points until Summer 2007, which sucks giant balls, but I have to live with it. Am loving ignoring Laura and steeling her potential group partners for the assignments. Ha! Take that, bitch! Am also loving that people are on my side.

Tuesday last week I went to Kathrine's apartment and we had our first pilates-work out. My muscles acked until Friday. Tomorrow we have our second get-together. Am looking majorly forward to it!

Because I only have classes two days out of seven these days I've started looking for student jobs. Looks interesting. I have the right qualifications for some of it, so I hope it works out.

Still no news on the apartment hunt.

Now, football. Or Gilmore Girls. Hmm...
shubassdk: (So...uhm... christian)
Christian, you stupid cow!! Apparently Christian Poulsen had signed some kind of contract with Villa Real, but then Milan wanted him and Christian wanted to back out. Now Villa Real wants money as a replacement before Milan can get Christian. But why!?!? Why Milan!? Seriously, can you *spell* bench? Because that's where you'll be sitting...!!! You keep saying that you rate your career higher than money, so why the hell Milan!? You can't possibly think you'll be taking Gattusso's place, because, no, you won't.

I am so very very disappointed. Not only in Christian, but also because Seria A is the only major league not shown on Danish TV. :P

In more random news, I've just read my homework outside for the first time this year. Cold, but nice...!!

My parents are in Austria, so we have the house all to ourselves. Hopefully we won't kill each other in the mean time...

Exam on Friday. Have already read all of my Hydrology and a third of Climatology. Unfortunately Soil is the hardest, so I have that to look forward to...

Adrian is very very VERY in love with me. And I like him a lot.
shubassdk: (Young lust Christian/Søren)
Christian Poulsen is quite possibly going to Villareal.

WHYYYY!!!??? Oh cruel world, why are you doing this to me!?!? They are 8th in the Primera Division. They're not even that good!! Why couldn't you have at least chosen Bolton, or something - they're 8th in the Premier League...!!! Now I have to...watch Spanish football, and stuff...! And re-learn Spanish! God, wasn't it enough I learned German for you? And worst of all: what about Søren? Are you just going to leave him there, all alone in the Ruhr? He can't live without you, boy! He needs you! And *I* need you to stay in bloody Germany...!!

I still don't know what to do about my harem... Luckily Esbjerg-boy hasn't called tonight - in fact he hasn't texted me since I didn't write him back on his "I asked my boss about getting a day off so I can go to Copenhagen - and he said yes! :)"-message. Maybe he's learning to cool it off?
shubassdk: (So...uhm... christian)
This is getting stranger and stranger. I am now on the Top 15-list for girls between 15 and 25. That means that in the last 24 hours my profile is te 4th most viewed in that age-group. Me, freaked out? Nooo...!! Oh, yes, and my profile has been viewed 600+ times in that time period. One of the letters I've recieved today has been a girl searching for "female action"and another letter from a couple searching for another girl for sex-games. I should take that as a compliment, right?

But it's kinda nice having a harem again ;)

Also, yaaay for Schalke winning 7-4 yesterday! I was sitting and studying while watching (yes, you can), but the more they played and scored, the less I read, because seriously? One *hell* of a game!! They just kept scoring, in both ends! Seven goals in the second half! And Søren scored two goals, yet again, so I'm happy ;) Christian, please make up your mind about which club to play in soon?

Now, answering letters and then back to studying!
shubassdk: (So...uhm... christian)
So. Now the mail has been sent to Magnus. I hope he takes it okay and that he doesn't end up hating me...

Ended up reading the entire glacial morphology book, which took me 6 weeks to get through a few months ago. I understood it all, so now *that* part is under control. Now I just need the entire cultural geography-part, which is freaking me out like you wouldn't believe...

Oh, and I think I forgot to tell you that Maria and I sadly *didn't* end up getting the apartment, so now we're at square one, yet again. Woot!

I am *so* looking forward to Wednesday evening...

FC Copenhagen - Schalke tomorrow!!
shubassdk: (Schalke OTP!!)
Oh. My. God.

FC Copenhagen and Schalke 04 will play a friendship match on January 22nd. I will *DIE* if I don't get to see it live. I HAVE TO!!!!! Gaaaaah!!!! Unfortunately they don't have any information about ticket sales yet, but I'll get tickets somehow. I will lick toes if I have to!!
shubassdk: (Jon Dahl *swoon*)
My head is completely dead. I really can't come up with any more energy, so now all I need is vacation, so that I can rest my little head. The thing is that in January I'll probably have the Month From Hell. We start university on the 2nd. On the 6th we'll get our assignment for cultural and natural geography, which we'll have a week to write. The week after we'll get our assignment for Methods (the statistics/science theory-thingie), which we'll also have a week to write. Then we come to the exams. In Week 4 we'll have two oral exams, where we have to present our assignments, plus have to answer questions for the entire curriculum. Which means 2000+ pages. Which I'll have to read this Christmas. And, as I said, my head isn't working. And Rasmus will have finished *his* report by then. I am so screwed (no pun intended. Well, maybe...)

So, yeah. That's kinda the next month for me. I think I'll just have to take this weekend off, read on Monday and Tuesday and then take a week off. And then read again. And then exams. Hurrah.

On Monday I saw Brokeback Mountain with [livejournal.com profile] vampirespider (it was so nice to see you again! It's been too long!) and her friend, Rasmus. It was *so* absolutely brilliant and I love it forever and ever. It was so close to what I'd imagined while reading the book. The actors were great, the setting was great, the score was *beautiful* and the tone and pace of the movie heartbreakingly wonderful. I loved every bit of it.

Yesterday we wrote our last weekly assignment for natural geography. We stayed until 8 pm to write about Vadehavet's geomorphology as opposed to Ringkøbing Fiord's, so that was pretty nice. I watched "Sex tips for girls" on TV2 zulu and got some pretty interesting tips! The guys who tried it looked really satisfied, so I guess they must be working. Time to test it, I think...! :P (Oh, and they have yet a show tonight! Yay!)

Today I went to another pre-premiere, but this time with Line. We watched "The Family Stone", a romantic Christmas comedy with Sarah Jessica Parker. It was so much cliché and cheese, but it was nice and kinda funny, so it was worth the money. Plus, we got red wine and free Biotherm products, so, yay! *dances*

Tomorrow my class and I will have a Christmas lunch, which should be loads of fun! Must promise myself not to get drunk, because I have to function on Friday, when I have my Very Interesting Doctor's Appointment (that my parents know nothing about and never will. I hope). I'll meet up with Rebekka at some point and in the evening join the rest of Geo at this year's last Friday Bar. On Saturday my family has a Christmas-thing and then Christmas cozyness at Rebekka's place with following club-hopping, I think (this also means I'm missing Stuttgart-Schalke. Dammit!). And on Sunday she rested...

That concludes my busy schedule for the rest of the year. I am beginning to feel the stress coming, but hopefully I'll keep it at bay for a little longer.

Oh!! And thank you so much for the Christmas card, [livejournal.com profile] lattara! Yay! (yes, I know you're writing that Horrible Assignment, but, yeah...)
shubassdk: (Polar bears Erik/JD)
Oh, no. I can feel that I'll be listening to this song a lot in the future. And it's *Carola*, god dammit!!!

Oh, well..

*dances*

Voice not quite back yet. No, let me rephrase that. I went to university today and people laughed at how poorly I sounded, so, yeah. Voice is crap.

Tonight I was supposed to have gone to the FC Copenhagen-Brøndby (arch rivals of Copenhagen) match, but my mom won't let me! *pouts* So, she and my sister will go and I have to watch it at home, alone... I think I need chips.

My sister asked Rasmus and I to be more quiet, or as she said it, "get it overwith before I get home". She is such a darling *eyeroll*
shubassdk: (Christian - je t'adore!)
Now I know what it feels like to hyperventilate. I watched the Milan-Schalke match yesterday and when Christian scored, I really hyperventilated. You know how when you experience something for the first time, but still know exactly what it is you're experiencing? That was what it was like. I started out wanting to scream, but because my voice was totally gone, I couldn't. Only a little whistling came out of my throat, and then I suddenly couldn't breathe and my eyes welled up. It was really weird, but nice at the same time. Schalke played a really good match (especially Christian), but Milan were still the better team. I'm not too disappointed about Schalke not going further in the tournament, but it still sucks... I think Ragnick should have put Søren and Ebbe in a lot sooner, because (as Morten Olsen had found out), 5 minutes isn't enough for Søren Larsen to actually score. If he'd had 15 minutes he could maybe have equalised, but we'll never know...

Rasmus went his hacky Chrismas lunch yesterday. He told me that since he's met me he's been to practise two or three times, where he'd usually spend 10-20 hours a week practising. That made me both feel really good about myself, because it's nice that he wants to spend so much time with me instead of practising, but also kinda bad, because he really likes this hacky thing and I don't want to be responsible for him not doing something he likes. He said that it he's wanted to cut back on hacky practise, because if was taking over his life, but this seems a bit extreme...

I stayed home today, again. I once again woke up with no voice and a beginning sinus infection, so I thought it wisest to stay home, since my history with ignoring a beginning sickness is kinda bad. Hopefully I'll be on top on Friday, because I'm going to see Franz Ferdinand in concert! Woot! *dances* *has coughing fit*

Now, reading a little Kuhn for tomorrow.

ETA: I just found out that it's our two month anniversary today! I can't believe it's been that long, already... And it doesn't seem to be ending any time soon. We're only at my place and now he's started to leave his things there. And when I said I hadn't watched "Riget" (Danish TV show) he said he'd make me see it at some point. And then there's the whole "I feel safe when I'm in your arms"-thing, which is just too cute for words.

I really am so grateful that Kathrine made me go to that party at her friend's house. Rasmus makes me feel so good about myself and he's so sweet to me and my sister likes him and...yeah. Life is good :)
shubassdk: (Fangirly hearts)
They just played an Hamburger SV-fan song on the radio. My parents were sure it must be a parody, but I'd heard Schalke-songs before. This was not a parody. They are dead serious. "Hah-es-fau", all the way.

Oooh! And Schalke is still hanging on in the Champions' League with a 2-0 win over Fenerbahce, so, woot!! *dances around Ebbe Sand*

And I met Rasmus yesterday. And it was so so so nice. We met at 6:45 pm in front of the cinema and I was greeted with a smile and a long kiss. We ordered the tickets and then went to find some food, while walking hand in hand. We ate some pizza and then walked around for an hour, stopping and kissing from time to time. We got some coffee at a café and just sat there, talking about anything and everything. We touched the subject of girlfriends/boyfriends a few times and he dropped hints about "so, when I'm going to meet your parents..." and stuff like that. We then saw the movie ("Corpse Bride"), which was good. We kissed all the way through commercials (including the Harry Potter trailer! Yes, I have already made my first sacrifice) and held hands all the way through the movie. The movie ended at about 11 pm, after which we walked around some more, asking each other questions and stuff like that. I followed him hime and left him wonderfully sexually frustrated (yet again) at about 1:30. We agreed that next time we meet will be within the nearest future and not in two weeks (he had been stressed out and I had my exam and stuff). I think we're dating right now, but it could easily turn into something more!

Am I happy? Oh, yes I am!! *dances around the livingroom*

ETA: I think I'm going to implode very very soon.
shubassdk: (Unproductive)
FC Copenhagen, how I love you. Peter Møller, how I love you. A simple 2-0 win (both goals by Peter Møller, himself) and they're at #1 with six points down to #2. They have played 16 matches and won 13 of them!, lost none and tied three. Oh, and because of Peter Møller's two goals? He's now the most scoring striker in Danish history. Take that, Brøndby!

Hold K V U T Mål Point

I love them. *huggles*

Don't you just love riding your bike by some car, looking in their window and see that the driver is singing along to some song with so much passion that he doesn't notice that anyone is even watching?
shubassdk: (Me)
Exam yesterday went quite well, I think. I answered all of the questions (which some didn't) and got some good points through, so I'm hoping I did well. I'll be disappointed if I get a bad grade...

After the exam Timo, Laura, Kathrine and I went to eat lunch and get some beers. Fun was had :) They went home to sleep and I joined the rest of the Geography team at Studenterhuset, where they had a "two draught beers for 15 kr"-special. Yes, people got drunk. They had playful fist fights, danced around and flirted with each other. At 4 in the afternoon. I talked to the old Chemestry girls and we're going to see "Nynne" on monday. The first thing I saw when I walked in the door was Anders looking straight into my eyes and smiling that smile only *he* can smile. We flirted all afternoon, looking at each other while talking to other people and smiling, and we talked for about 30 mins. He knows I've got something going on with someone else and I know he's got something going on with someone else, so we both knew that all this was was flirting. And, oooh, I loved it...! He'd been talking to a girl all afternoon, but went to sit next to me (while his knee was constantly touching my thigh). She came by and said, "you've left us! But I see you've got some good company", or something like that. She's his best girl friend, so maybe he's said something about me to her. I don't know. But it was nice! *He's* so nice!

Went home and changed (Mikkel had spilt beer all over my pants) and went to Kathrine's house. We were just a lot of girls having fun, drinking, and it was so nice. Just to be able to relax and talk to everyone. Yeah... At about midnight we went to Jonas' apartment and had some more fun. After some hours we joined the remaining Geography crew at Egmont college, where we drank, danced and talked with everyone. Some guy tried to score me by using Allan Simonsen's apparently very famous tackle in 1979 against Bayern München. It didn't work, even though he tried four (4!!!) times. My sister was suddenly there and I introduced her to everyone. Maria (from high school) joined us as well and we danced with Andreas from my culture geography group. Then both Maria and my sister each met a guy, so suddenly I was all alone. First one guy says, "do you think I could maybe sleep at your place?" No, because you *just* told me you live 5 mins. from my house, so, no. And then an American guy called Ian walks by and starts laughing, because I'm sitting all alone next to one guy who's asleep, Maria who's kissing that guy she met and my sister kissing that other guy. He was really nice, because he really tried to distract me from my "misery". We talked about America and geography, but when my sister's friend woke up we walked back to our house, leaving both Maria and my sister behind. I was home at 6 am, almost 24 hours after I woke up and 15 hours after I started drinking.

o.O

I'm feeling fine today, just missing Rasmus even more. I'm going to see him on Tuesday to see a movie, so it's still on. I just miss him...

Oh, and Schalke is losing yet again. Fuck 'em (though not really...)

I'm bored o.O

I should possibly be reading. Hmm...

Oh! I got my insurance money today! 2400 kr! Which is somewhere around 400 $ or 350 €. Woot!!! *dances* Now, should I buy an iPod mini, like I had, or an iPod Nano? The Nano is just so incredibly beautiful, but people are telling me not to buy it anyway. Help?

I'm beginning to see a trend. When Schalke plays well, like last season, FC Copenhagen sucks, and when FCK plays well, Schalke sucks. Yesterday Schalke lost 0-6 to Frankfurt and today FCK won 4-1. It's just a tad annoying...

I really can't believe it's going to be Christmas soon. Friday next week is J-Day. I remember it snowed on J-Day a few years ago. Can you tell that beer is a big thing in Denmark?
shubassdk: (Dirty little secrets Søren/Thomas)
You know, it's nice enough that Søren Larsen scores, but please, Ralf, could you have bloody Christian Poulsen on the bloody pitch when he does so?! I don't get any slashy hugs when he's not there to celebrate afterwards! (seriously, WTF?! No Christian AT ALL in this match! RR, you suck!) ETA: Oh, no, sorry. He got two minutes!!

FC Copenhagen - Brøndby: 1-1. Could have been much worse. Last time they played it was 0-5, so, yay! And we're still #1 with 6 points down to Brøndby and Viborg. Woot! (if I didn't hate Brøndby as much as I do, I'd marry Jonas Kamper on the spot. Gaah...!)

My uncle is coming back from his plastic surgery in Thailand tomorrow. My dad is gonna meet him at the airport, but he's taking a train to Århus right away, so I won't get to see him until next time he's in Copenhagen. It's really weird, because I don't know what to expect. I'd like to at least know what I'll be looking at next time...

So. The football match. Turkey vs. Denmark. If we lost this match, it would all be over and mine and [livejournal.com profile] xavantina's tickets for the game on Wednesday would be a complete waste.

Run-through of the most important players )

And the mandatory picspam )

And I've saved the best for last - Søren Larsen/Christian Poulsen OTP! )

And GIP! Because [livejournal.com profile] xavantina hasn't started the fic yet, but is wonderful anyway *loves*
shubassdk: (Woot! (geography))
I had a most wonderful day yesterday, thanks to my wonderful family and my gorgeous girlfriends *loves* I got so many great presents (loooots of clothes to be bought, Populärmusik från Vittula on DVD (eeee!!) and the best book in the world, "Earth, a Geographic Handbook", which I adore so so much. Yes, I am geek.). After eating dinner we all sat down to watch the Turkey-Denmark match (I really love that I had a National match on my birthday. So appropriate!). I'll post a rant/pic spam later today (if I get the time), because this match deserves it. So much with the bad and good things! Well, people left and me and my girls went out to dance our little butts off. We flirted a little with some guys, but mostly because Rebekka and I were trying to forget some other guys. More about that later. But we got tired, so at about 4 am we went home. What a wonderful night, really... And no hangover!!

About those guys we were trying to forget. Mine was, of course, Mads. Because he is sending me the hugest crap-load of mixed signals. We were at the immatriculation party on Friday and I really tried to match his earlier flirting. We talked about Donald Duck and how much we owe him (yay! Geek!) and about football (he didn't know Søren Larsen! The horror!), but then we started talking politics. And he votes Christian Democratic and is very Christian. It's not that I have anything against Christians, but 1/ this came as quite a shock and, 2/ I really can't see how a group of Christians can make a political party. I've never really understood that part. But we flirted some more and he started flirting with other girls (cue me getting jealous). Laura started saying that I should possibly drop it and find a new, but Kathrine said that when one girl asked him to dance he said no. Two minutes after I come along and he says yes o.O Since he's doing the whole life guard thing at 8.30 Saturday morning he had to go early. I followed him out and he gave me the biggest hug (I've found out he's 194 cm. That's 30 cm more than me), kissed me on the bloody forehead and said "take care, my girl" (that makes more sense in Danish), in the most elder brotherly way, ever. So now I don't know what to do. He's going to have to take the next step.

*sigh* Now I'm reading 30 pages on the water movement in Icelandic gleishers. Exciting!

Oh! And I want to thank everyone for wishing me a happy birthday yesterday. I love you all very very much!!
shubassdk: (Aww... (Peter/Christian))
Random football thoughts )

In other news, I just had a three hour long brunch with my new gay friend, Timothy. He's *so* the coolest person, ever. I swear, that guy has twice the energy I have. He's president of some club, wants to start at squash practise with me, invited me to some architecture exhibit and asked if we shouldn't go to Berlin this weekend. His phone rang four times, he knew the name of our waiter and met two of his friend in the café. Timo, slow down.

Tomorrow I start uni for real. My first classes. I'm scared.

[livejournal.com profile] xavantina, I miss you.
