Nov. 28th, 2004 12:46 pmIf there is at least one person in your life who you consider a close friend, and who you would not have met without being part of an online fandom, post this sentence in your journal.
I had a most interesting day yesterday. It started out with me and my mom going to Ikea, which was a really nice little trip. We got all the necesary things, like candles, batteries and stuff like that. But I also got three really beautiful photograph. When I've got them on my wall, I'll take a picture of them. Let me just say that they have confirmed the fact that I should study Geography.
After eating dinner at my grandmom's (I love my little cousin! He's two and I have now taught him how a squirrel eats), I went home and watched some award show in TV. The Maria called and asked if Line and Nicole could come over, so we could talk about us moving in together at some point. So they did! we've come to the conclusion that we need a four or five-room appartment, it has to be located somewhere in Copenhagen (no Hvidovre or Taastrup for us, thanks), cost about 8.000 kr/month and be about 100-150 square metres. We also decided that moving in together would be best after Maria's exams and before my Crazy Month of Chemestry (aka. August).
So, yes. It's kinda becoming really real to me, now. It's a huge step, but I'm glad that I'm not going to go through it alone!
In other news, my parents are going crazy with the Christmas thing. They're both outside now putting up Christmas lights on the trees. They've also made an Advent wreath, started to play Christmas songs on the piano, put up the Christmas calender candle, bought Pebernødder (Danish cookies) and stuff like that. Wonderful.
*cheers for Schalke to win later today*
