Jan. 25th, 2005 04:18 pmI can't watch "Dead poets society" without crying. I just can't. This times I cried do much I actually had tears over my eye, on the upper eyelid. Also, I just found out my mom has the book, so I think I'll read it very soon. It doesn't seem too difficult.
In about 30 minutes 500 election leaflets will arrive at my door. Woot! I shall go out tomorrow and deliver them to my entire neighborhood. Never mind that they'll vote for some centered or right-winged party. At least I'm doing something! Actually, I think a few of the Parliament candidates actually live in my neighborhood. I wonder how that guy from Venstre will react... ;)
ETA: They didn't have 500 copies lying around, so he's going to bring them tomorrow. Suits me fine, actually. As long as I can have them out this week I'll be happy
Also, I ate breakfast at my grandma's. She is the absolute coolest person in the whole intire world. I want to be just like her. She knows so much! She used to work at an encyklopaedia, so she has done a lot of research. And she's a librarian, so she knows all there is to know about English literature. I told her about
50bookchallenge and mentioned that I had read "Maurice" by E.M. Forster. She knew exactly what it was about and also about the gay plot. She didn't say anything about the gayness, because she really is the least judgemental in the world (her son, my uncle, is a transvestite, so...). She has this bookcase, which I don't think I've ever really looked at. It has about every book Lenin and Marx has ever written. In German, Russian and Danish. My grandfather translated them from German to Danish. I love my family!!
Is it me or is it really cold? Anyway, tonight, "Minoritetespartiet". I'm actually looking forward to it a lot! I want to know what they stand for, dammit! *shakes fist*
