shubassdkSince I updated the last time several things have happened. Most of them during our
Woke up saturday and started to get dressed and that kind of thing, so that I could meet Line at 3 pm. We went to Katarina's house to meet her and her date, so that we could go to Nicole H's house. We ended up being 8 people, so we had to take 2 taxi's to the actual party. Of course we were the first to arrive. I met my date there and at 7 pm we sat at our table and started chatting and stuff (Line was at my table with her date, who played Rocky at "The Rocky Horror Show" school theater last year. Heh...) We talked and my conclusion was that he was not worse than my last date (who was horrible), but definetly up there! During dinner the 3.g's (senior classes) had their speeches and some of them was actually quite good!
Later on we had to dance lanciers, which is a tradition on almost every high school in Denmark. No one really knows how to dance it, as it is a very complex dance when you've had a little too much. Which everyone had. After that the dancefloor started, but I didn't really dance that much until later. When I did dance, it was mostly with Maria, as both of us are really not that good, so we can be "not good" together. But then suddenly someone was really close to me behind me, which was weird, because no one has ever really dances that close to me, and I turn around and look at the most high/drunken eyes I've every seen! They belonged to Patrick, our very own Swedish 3.g student. Later I found out that he had danced close to every girl in my class and that Nina had made out with him in a corner for about an hour. Shocking!
One very very good thing that night was that a band called 'Fuck Lars' played! They played the best ska music I have ever heard! And the best thing is that their lead singer is a student at my school!
Line and I went home at about 3 am (it was raining so much and I only had on stockings and sandals, so I have a bit of a cold now...), but I didn't sleep until about 4 pm
Right now I'm looking for Jake/Gavin slash. They are the handymen on BBC Prime's show "Big, Strong Boys" and they just have to have slash, because they flirt so much it hurts!!

Date: 2003-04-28 07:20 am (UTC)Sorry your date wasn't that great. My mom went to her prom with the nerdiest guy on the planet who towered over her, and had no personality, so you're not alone in your suffering. But hey, at least he wasn't as bad as the last date, to quote you.
